THE CHALLENGE

Igea Banca's digital bank, specializing in Lending and CNI services for SMEs and professionals, asked us to design and develop a virtual assistant. The goals were to enhance customer service, reduce costs, provide greater personalization, improve customer data quality, increase sales, enhance security, expand reach, and boost customer satisfaction.

OUR INTERVENTION

We developed two chatbots, one designed as a male figure and the other as a female figure, incorporating the company's logo colors and elements. The process involved designing the chatbots, researching and analyzing the company's logo, primary colors, and overall style, creating drafts and iterations, selecting the final design, and developing 3D modeling and animations. We integrated the chatbots with the chosen chatbot platform, conducted usability testing, and optimized their performance.

As a result, we created two realistic and engaging chatbots with smooth animations and a customized design reflecting the company's logo and style. The chatbots are now ready to be deployed on the selected platform, offering effective and engaging interactions with users.
